It’s finally here – the Imbibe Wine & Spirits Merchant Grand Opening Party. We think it’s important to give back, so this party will benefit the very special local non-profit group CASA 100%. During this two hour event, you’ll enjoy great food, a wide open wine bar, great company AND the satisfaction that you only get by contributing to a worthy cause.
There are only 150 tickets available for this fantastic Sunday party, where you’ll be the only guests in the store. Any purchases that afternoon will also accrue toward a donation from Imbibe to the great folks at CASA, so plan to bring your checkbook!

Seating is very limited for this exciting evening in which you’ll taste ten tequilas, receive a bottle to take home, and enjoy the delicious food of the famous Mexicali Restaurant (downtown). Joel Beth of Pacific Edge will educate us as he guides us through the tasting and Sonny Crews of Mexicali will present a memorable meal. All in all, certain to be a fantastic event, with very limited seating…only 40 guests will be able to enjoy this event. $79.

Come to Imbibe to meet Kate Chomko of Larkmead Vineyards as we taste through new releases including 2008 Sauvignon Blanc, 2006 Firebelle Proprietary Red (91WA), 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate (93-95WA), 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Solari Reserve (96WA) and 2006 LMV Salon Proprietary Red (95+WA).
Robert Parker says of Larkmead Vineyard: “This is one of the reference points, as well as historic vineyards in Napa Valley, yet remarkably, Larkmead is not as well-known as the quality of these wines or the stature of this vineyard merits.” We’re very pleased to have a chance to present them to all the friends of Imbibe Wine and Spirits.
